Make sure you keep your login and password details secure and treat them as you would your bank PIN. You are responsible for the security of your account
If you receive a change of email or password change notification and did not request this change, do not use these details to login and contact us immediately at email@example.com
You should be wary of suspicious emails from "guests" you have not heard of before, or emails claiming to offer TakeABreak, rentahome or Stayz services, especially if they contain links or attachments
Never click on a link or open an attachment in an email you think is suspicious
When you login to your Occupancy account make sure a secure page is showing and the web address (url) is www.occupancy.com
Always type the address directly into your browser to login rather than clicking on a link and update your password regularly
Always ensure you have the latest antivirus software update on your home and office computers
If you have any concern that someone may have unauthorised access to your account you should contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. Your guests may have been targeted by fraud, so it is essential you warn all recent enquirers.

Who is Occupancy.com?
Occupancy.com is the operator website for the Occupancy group, a leading accommodation
business which combines the technology, people and experience from takeabreak.com.au
and rentahome.com.au. Occupancy.com is not a consumer search site.
What will happen to my property listings?
Your property details will automatically show on both takeabreak.com.au and rentahome.com.au
websites. If you are already listed with both websites nothing will change (although
you may choose to make one account your preferred login, see below).
How will I respond to enquiries / booking requests?
Responding to enquiries and booking requests will not change at all. In fact, you'll
now be able to respond to requests from both sites just as you normally would. That
means you double your coverage without any change to your exsiting booking process.
What information about my property is shown on the takeabreak.com.au and rentahome.com.au
Information for visitors to make enquiries and bookings will be shown on both sites,
including photos, descriptions, reviews, and pricing. Your calendar is automatically
synchronised. Due to the different style and focus of our websites, some theme information,
promotions and hot deals will not show on all sites.
How do I create a single account for both sites?
Occupancy.com seamlessly integrates existing takeabreak.com.au and rentahome.com.au
accounts. If you have an account with both, you can choose your preferred login
. Just log in, confirm
your accounts and select the primary - it will only take a minute.
If I combine accounts what will happen to my old booking history?
New bookings will be handled by the system of your preferred login. Old booking
history is not transferred but can still be accessed at the old login.
Can I still use your booking payment system (Easy Pay or Online Payment System)?
Yes, operators will still benefit from use of the online payment system and have
peace of mind that all funds are held in a regulated trust account. Booking pre-payments
will be remitted as usual.
Will there be any other changes?
Occupancy.com will continue to upgrade and improve our systems so you win more bookings
and enjoy an easy and more cost effective service. If there are to be any major
changes in the future, you will be the first to be told of their benefits.
